Rogue Monster Utility Bench 2.0

Overview

The Monster Utility Bench 2.0 takes Rogue's flat bench concept and beefs it up onto the company's Monster-series 3x3-inch steel chassis. The result is one of the most rigid flat benches available, purpose-built for lifters who treat the bench press as a competition lift and want zero flex when grinding out a max. The pad sits at a competition-friendly height and uses a firm, dense foam that keeps your shoulder blades pinned without sinking. A four-point base with rear stabilizer and front feet plants the bench dead-flat on the floor, and the wide steel footprint resists any twist when you drive your feet hard during a press. Like all flat benches it offers no adjustment, which is the entire point: fewer moving parts means more stiffness and durability. The Monster frame slides under a Rogue rack for in-cage bench pressing, and the powder-coated finish shrugs off chalk and scuffs. It is heavier and more expensive than the standard Flat Utility, and that weight makes it less convenient to shuffle around a small space.
