PowerBlock
PowerBlock Pro EXP Stage 3 90 (Pair)
Fully loaded PowerBlock Pro: 5 to 90 lb per hand in one nesting block, replacing a full dumbbell rack for heavy home training.
Rogue's take on the adjustable dumbbell: a knurled steel handle and dial selection from 5 to 50 lb, finished to the brand's usual standard.
MSRP is a reference figure — live price is on the retailer's site.
Rogue's adjustable dumbbell brings the company's no-nonsense build philosophy to a category often dominated by plastic shells. The bell uses a dial mechanism to select from 5 to 50 pounds per hand across fifteen settings, but the details set it apart: a properly knurled steel handle, a tight-fitting cradle, and a finish that looks at home next to the rest of a Rogue setup. The plates are clad to keep noise down and protect floors, while the adjustment dial clicks crisply through its range with little of the vagueness cheaper units exhibit. The 5-pound base and 5-pound increments make it straightforward to program presses, rows, and curls, and the moderate 50-pound ceiling suits the majority of home lifters who are not chasing maximal dumbbell loads. As you would expect from Rogue, fit and finish are excellent and customer support is strong, which partly justifies a price above mass-market dial dumbbells. The compromises are inherent to the format: a 50-pound limit that strong pressers will pass, a bulkier shape than a fixed bell, and the standing rule that geared adjustables should be set down rather than dropped. For Rogue loyalists who want adjustables that match their gear, it is an easy fit.
