Overview

The PowerBlock Sport 24 is the friendliest on-ramp into PowerBlock's nesting-block design, aimed at beginners, rehab work, and high-rep conditioning. Rather than a round bell, each unit is a rectangular cage of nested steel weights that you set by dropping a selector pin into the desired slot, a system that is fast and almost impossible to jam. The range runs from 3 to 24 pounds per hand, with the lightest settings making it a genuinely useful tool for shoulder prehab, lateral raises, and toning routines where many adjustable dumbbells simply start too heavy. Because the weights nest rather than stack outward, the block stays compact and the center of gravity sits close to your hand, which some users prefer for control on pressing movements. The U-shaped handle takes a little adjustment if you are used to a straight grip, and at this price the finish is utilitarian, but the mechanism is robust and the footprint is tiny.
