A roomy, ventilated seat with lumbar support slides along a rail to fit different leg lengths, and the step-through frame and side handles make getting on and off easy, which suits older riders, recovery training and anyone who finds upright bikes uncomfortable. The standout is the 14-inch HD rotating touchscreen that streams iFit's library of trainer-led recumbent rides, scenic routes and off-bike strength and recovery sessions, with the ability to turn the screen toward the floor. During iFit workouts trainers can adjust the quiet electromagnetic resistance automatically across its 26 digital levels, so the bike responds to the on-screen coaching without manual input.
