Force USA MyBench Modular FID Bench

Overview

The Force USA MyBench takes a different angle on the adjustable bench: it is the hub of a modular accessory system. On its own it is a capable flat-incline-decline bench with multiple back-pad angles spanning decline to vertical and several seat positions for steep incline support. What sets it apart is the attachment ecosystem. The frame is engineered to accept bolt-on modules including a leg-extension and leg-curl developer, a preacher curl pad, and a lat or row attachment, letting a single bench grow into a compact training station over time. The base bench is built from heavy-gauge steel with a stable wide foot and a thick laminated pad covered in tough upholstery, and it carries a strong rated capacity for serious dumbbell and barbell work. Transport wheels and a handle make it easy to move despite the robust frame. The modularity is the headline draw, but it does mean the bench is heavier and the attachment points add some bulk compared to a clean dedicated FID. The attachments are sold separately, so the true cost climbs if you build out the full system. For a lifter who wants room to expand their training options from one well-built platform, though, the MyBench offers flexibility few competitors match.
