The 29mm shaft delivers the stiffness powerlifters demand, holding true under heavy loads with minimal flex so the bar feels solid and predictable through a grind. Knurling is aggressive with a center knurl, giving a secure grip on max-effort pulls and helping the bar lock to the back during squats. Single power marks support competition-style hand placement. The Grizzly uses a Cerakote shaft finish, which is unusual at this price for a power bar; the ceramic coating provides strong corrosion resistance and a clean look, though it slightly softens the rawness of the knurl compared to a bare or stainless bar. Bushing sleeves are the right call for slow lifts where spin does not matter, and they are machined for a tight fit. The tensile rating is solid and comfortably covers intermediate to advanced loads.
